There are places that stay with you forever, and for me, Constance Ephelia in Seychelles is one of them. I visited this expansive luxury resort in October and left feeling completely transformed. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was something special. The property is enormous, yet peaceful and intimate. You can explore for days and still find new corners of paradise—hidden beaches, lush jungle trails, dramatic viewpoints, and perfectly curated spaces for both movement and stillness.

Our room was just a few meters from the beach, allowing us to start every day with our feet in the sand. Waking up and walking less than a minute to the ocean felt surreal—like living inside a postcard. One of the most unique aspects of Constance Ephelia is that it has multiple beaches, each with its own character. Some are perfect for swimming, others more wild and cinematic, and a few are hidden gems that can only be reached by hiking up into the hills.
We did exactly that one day—set off on a trail through the resort’s private jungle paths, and ended up at a secret beach with panoramic views and complete solitude. It was adventurous yet completely safe and part of the beauty of the property: you never feel the need to leave. Everything you could want is already there.
Wellness in the Wild
The highlight of our stay was being part of a retreat led by Dr. Chase, which added an even deeper layer of meaning to the experience. We spent four days immersed in breathwork sessions, cold therapy, and saunas—all held in the resort’s incredible outdoor spa, which might just be the most beautifully designed spa I’ve ever visited.
Surrounded by nature, the spa felt like a sacred space. We also treated ourselves to a massage and facial, both of which were deeply rejuvenating and aligned with the serenity of the surroundings.
Dining Under the Stars
The culinary experience at Constance Ephelia was just as impressive. With multiple restaurants across the property, each night felt like a new adventure. From romantic dinners by the water to fresh, healthy breakfasts under the palms, the variety was endless and beautifully executed.
And the staff—genuinely kind, caring, and thoughtful—made every moment even more memorable. There’s something truly special about being looked after with that level of sincerity.
